Domaine of the Bee is a tiny patch of vineyards nestled in ancient Maury, in the Roussillon, owned by Justin Howard-Sneyd MW, his wife Amanda, and their friend Philippe Sacerdot. Domaine of the Bee produces between 2,500-5,000 bottles per year from just four hectares. The vineyards are on steep slopes packed with seriously gnarled vines between 60-100 years old. The hand-picked grapes make red wines that are deeply coloured and full-bodied, but the occasional white wine from local grapes varieties is also made.
