It is a “Grower Limoux” that owns its vineyards in the cool, western edge of AOC<br>Limoux, in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains near the Medieval walled city of Carcassonne in Languedoc. The winery received the European Organic Certification.<br><br>FAMILY OWNED. Domaine Delmas, founded in 1896, is family owned and managed by Bernard Delmas, his wife Marlène and son, Baptiste.<br><br>PASSION AND CONVICTIONS: Pioneer in organic vine growing, Bernard participated to the creation of the Organic Label for French wines. Today he focuses all his energy in highlighting the terroir, richness and biodiversity of his vineyard. Indeed, the work is precise and well thought for each step from the vineyard to the cellar. Former Chef in gastronomic restaurants, Bernard has always had a real sensitivity to taste. In this state of mind and with his passion for sparkling wines he produces authentic wines, elegant and balanced but above all, wines that have taste.
