Château Fabre Cordon

Peyriac de Mer is a picturesque village that has provided for generations of winegrowers and fishermen. It's here for the past 40 years that Henri & Monique Fabre have dedicated their passion to producing fine wines. On 40 acres in the Corbières appellation ideal grapes such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre are cultivated and with them the Fabre family creates a limited production of fine wines, certified organic.  Their daughter Amandine joined the team after completing her winemaking studies and traveling around the wine world. She is now working towards a goal of producing all wines certified organic by 2013. Critics have praised and awarded their work, including ratings in the Guide Hachette des Vins two years in a raw and The Wine Enthousiast Magazine.
