The Bouhélier estate is a very small family estate in Burgundy.<br><br>Anne, Sylvain and their son Paul are specialists of Crémant de Bourgogne, but are also distillers!<br><br>The particularity of this vineyard is to be located in the Châtillonnais vineyard, in the north of the Côte d'or, a few meters from the vineyard of Champagne!<br><br>The cuvées are elaborated with pinot noir and chardonnay, the emblematic vines of burgundy and the best for sparkling wines.<br><br>The wines remain several years in cellar (up to 6 years) which brings a lot of complexity to Crémants often sold much younger.<br><br>All information on the website
