Louis Max is the proud owner of over 230 hectares of vineyard in Burgundy and South of France, cultivated in organic farming. Since 2014, David Duband, the talented vigneron from the Côte de Nuits has added his formidable knowledge and skills to the winemaking team as a technical director.
