Located in the prestigious area of Saint-Tropez's golden triangle, Domaine de Bourrian stands out as a family-owned winery with a history spanning 150 years. Committed to organic methods, the winery offers a varied rage of wines, encompassing rosé, sparkling, white, and reds. Spread over 65 hectares, the vineyard is a testament to the perfect fusion of tradition and modernity, presenting a genuine treat for wine connoisseurs. At the western base of the Gassin hill, the vineyards, bathed in sunlight and enriched by the sea breeze, yield grapes of distinctive flavor. Spanning 24 hectares, the vineyards are divided between Cotes De Provence AOP and IGP classifications. All of the plots are certified BIO and maintained without the use of pesticides or herbicides. The vineyard practices prioritize harmony with nature, avoiding artificial chemicals, and embracing natural solutions to control pests and weeds. This approach fosters a self-sufficient ecosystem that benefits the environment and society. The resulting wine delights consumers with its exceptional taste and lower sulfite content compared to non-organic alternatives. The Vermentino grape yields white wines with a complex aroma, while the Viognier grape produces light white wines with a fruit aroma. The varieties Grenache noir, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren are blended to create wines with a delicate flavor, in the classic tradition of Provence rosé wines. Syrah, Grenache noir, and Merlot Sauvignon are reserved to produce full-bodied spicy red wines. Domaine du Bourrian is open for private wine tours that include guided estate visits with a following wine tasting. Also, the winery provides tailormade rental proposals for weddings, private and corporate events.
