Château La Commanderie du Bardelet

The Petit Family have been winemakers from father to son (and daughter) since 1890, always based in the beautiful terroir of Entre-deux-Mers. In the family, we’ve always passed on the values connected to the winemaking profession: respect of our terroir, of the nature that surrounds us and the whole biodiversity that makes its richness. All our parcels are raised on well-reasoned farming methods, because we wouldn't have been able to make wine for 120 years on the same terroir if we didn’t respect it. We use 100% natural based fertilizers (bird’s guano, fowl’s guano and foliar fertilizer based on trace elements). In order to materialize those passed decades of sustainable commitment, we’ve decided to ask for a HEV (High Environmental Value) certification.
