Chateau de Monfaucon

Chateau De Monfaucon, is a boutique vineyard, nestled on the banks of the Dordogne river in Entre Deux Mers. We are an Organic vineyard who have followed biodynamic methods (lunar cycle) since 2008. To produce the best quality grapes for our wines, we strongly believe in a high quality nurtured grape by using natural teas to strenthen the vines and encourage the microbiological life in our soil. We only use the premium grapes, and press just enough to release the free run juice, we have found by doing this, then letting the wild yeasts in the winery take control adds complexity of flavours. Resulting in a Hand-Crafted, Fruit-driven range of wines with a difference.
