01Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) set out the conditions under which ADVIJU INVESTISSEMENT sells the subscription to the Tire-Bouchon service to adult natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession (the “Customers”).
They apply to any subscription, through any channel: from the website, from the iOS application via the App Store, or from the Android application via Google Play. Subscribing constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Use of the service, paid or not, remains governed by the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict on a matter relating to the sale, these Terms of Sale prevail.

03What is sold
The subscription gives full access to the service: unlimited addition of bottles to your cellar, label recognition from a photograph, peak maturity windows, food and wine pairings, lists, tasting notes and social features.
Without a subscription and without a payment card, creating an account allows you to add one bottle. This is a demonstration of the product, not a free offer: it does not renew.
⚠️ The service is provided “as is” and evolves. Some information (identification of a wine, peak maturity window, pairings) is produced by automated systems and is indicative; article 6 of the Terms of Service sets out its scope. The subscription gives access to these features; it does not warrant the accuracy of their results.
04Price
The subscription is offered at 4,99 € per month or 44,99 € per year. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, and are those displayed at the time of subscription.
There is only one offer: no additional paid options, no extra content charged, no advertising.
For a subscription taken out through the App Store or Google Play, the price applied is the one the store displays at the time of purchase, in the currency and under the tax rules of your billing country. It may therefore differ from the amounts above.
05The free week (7 days)
Any first subscription opens a trial period of 7 days, during which the service is fully accessible and nothing is charged.
A payment card is required to start the trial — that is what allows the subscription to continue without any further step. The exact date of the first charge is displayed before the card is entered, and is reminded in the application before the due date.
Cancelling during the trial costs nothing. No amount is due, no justification is asked for, and access is kept until the end of the 7 days.
The trial is granted only once per person.
06Subscribing and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded at the end of the following process:
- choice of plan (monthly or annual);
- display of the price, the trial duration and the date of the first charge;
- entry of payment details and confirmation;
- confirmation of the subscription, in the application and by email.
The confirmation constitutes conclusion of the contract. It summarises the plan chosen, the amount, the date of the first charge, and refers to these Terms of Sale.
07Payment
Payment is due in advance for each period. It is collected according to the subscription channel: by Apple for the App Store, by Google for Google Play, and by our payment provider for a subscription taken from the website.
We do not collect, process or store any payment card data. It is entered with the payment provider and does not pass through our servers.
Invoices and receipts for purchases made on the App Store or Google Play are issued by those stores and available in your Apple or Google account. For a subscription taken from the website, write to contact@tire-bouchon.app to obtain a receipt.
08Term and renewal
The subscription is taken out for the duration of the chosen plan — one month or one year — and renews automatically at each due date, for the same duration, until it is cancelled.
Renewal carries no minimum commitment: it can be stopped at any time (article 9), and access remains open until the end of the period already paid for.
09Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time, without reason and without charge. Cancellation ends the renewal; access is kept until the end of the period already paid for and is not interrupted on the day of the request.
The steps depend on where the subscription was taken out — a constraint of the stores, which alone can cancel what they collect. The application shows the path matching your subscription; all three are set out below.
Note: the steps below are given in French, exactly as they appear in the app and in the Apple and Google interfaces on a French-language device. On a device set to another language, the menu names will be the equivalents in that language.

Cancellation is done online, in a few clicks, from the billing portal: Open the billing portal.
You will receive a sign-in link by email. Enter the address used for the payment, which is not necessarily the one on your Tire-Bouchon account.
If the link does not arrive, or you no longer know which address was used, write to contact@tire-bouchon.app: we cancel on your behalf, within 24 hours.
Deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time from the application (Settings › Delete my account) or the website (Settings › Account). ⚠️ Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription taken out with a store: Apple and Google keep charging until the subscription is cancelled with them. Cancel first, then delete.
10Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or bear any penalty.
We do not ask you to waive this right. The law allows a consumer whose digital service starts immediately to waive it; we do not. With 7 days of free trial, changing your mind costs nothing anyway: simply cancel before the first charge.
How to exercise it
Write to contact@tire-bouchon.app from your account email address, or by post to ADVIJU INVESTISSEMENT, 22 rue Durantin, 75018 Paris, France. Any unambiguous statement is sufficient; the form below is offered only for convenience.
Model withdrawal form
To ADVIJU INVESTISSEMENT, 22 rue Durantin, 75018 Paris, France — contact@tire-bouchon.app I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the subscription to the Tire-Bouchon service. Ordered on: … Consumer's name: … Consumer's address: … Account email address: … Date: …
Effect
Reimbursement is made no later than fourteen days after receipt of your request, using the same means of payment as the one used to subscribe, unless otherwise agreed. Access to the service ends upon withdrawal.
⚠️ Purchases made on the App Store or Google Play. Those stores collect payment and handle refunds themselves; we have no control over their transactions. The request must therefore be addressed to them (Apple or Google support). If the store refuses while you are still within the fourteen-day period, write to us: we will refund you directly.
11Failed payment
If a charge fails, access is not cut off immediately: a seven-day grace period opens, during which the service remains fully accessible and the application shows the remaining countdown and what to do.
After that period without regularisation, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free tier. No data is deleted: your cellar, tastings and notes are kept and become accessible again as soon as a subscription is resumed.
12Refunds
Apart from the right of withdrawal (article 10), periods already started are not refunded: cancellation ends the renewal and access runs until the end of the period paid for.
This rule does not affect statutory guarantees, nor the refund of a charge taken in error. If we are at fault, write to us: we refund without argument.
13Price changes
Prices may change. No change applies to a period already paid for. A price change affecting a renewal is notified to you by email or by an in-app notification before it takes effect, with enough notice to cancel if you do not accept it.
Failing cancellation before the announced due date, the new price applies to the following period.
14Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, write to contact@tire-bouchon.app. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to an amicable settlement, after having tried to resolve the dispute with us directly. The details of the competent mediator are provided on request at contact@tire-bouchon.app.
The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform.
15Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If you reside in another European Union member state, you retain the benefit of the mandatory, more protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, which allow you in particular to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
