How do I delete my account?▼
Open your account settings, go to the “Danger zone” section, then tap “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also write to us at contact@tire-bouchon.app.
How do I export my data?▼
To obtain a copy of your data (GDPR right to portability), write to us at contact@tire-bouchon.app and we will send you an export of your cellar.
How much does Tire-Bouchon cost?▼
The first week is free, and a payment card is required to start it. The subscription then continues at 4,99 € per month or 44,99 € per year, first charged 7 days later on the date shown before payment, unless cancelled before then — cancellation is possible at any time, including during the trial. No advertising and no hidden paid options: there is only one offer. You can create an account and scan one bottle without a payment card — enough to see the app at work, not enough to organise a cellar.
